We are grateful to witness and to become part of the Harvest Festival in Bgy. Inagawan, Puerto Princesa City.
Our lowland farmers are truly heroes during this time of pandemic. Their eagerness to contribute to our local economy’s food supply is fueled by their passion to see a healthy community all over Puerto Princesa.
Hectares of land planted with rice, eggplant, okra, chili, banana, and tomatoes are so abundant in this community. The bulk of these types of vegetables sold in the city market comes from their daily and weekly harvests.
