Three of Project Zacchaeus' staff: Jan Aldwin Bermeo, Yen Lipay, and Jofer Malolos got their certifications as Solid Waste Management Community-Based Trainers with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).
The 5-day training was a great opportunity to learn and be equipped with methodologies that would help improve training competencies and skills to become effective mentors in the field.
A thorough discussion on how to formulate session plans, terminal reports, and information sheets has been emphasized because they are critical in conducting capacity-building activities.
Thank you TESDA for this wonderful chance to be trained and to be certified so we can upgrade our level of service to the communities we serve through our Project Eco Kolek.
